When I click on a realaudio file's link on Netscape, it starts the player, but the player says "cannot open /dev/audio" No, I don't have any audioserver process running at that time. This problem is intermittent; sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. But when I play a realaudio file from command line, it always plays properly, I have a soundblastercard and my /dev/audio looks like, crwxrwxrwx 1 bin bin 30, 4 Mar 28 06:28 audio* Can anybody see any problem here? I have another FreeBSD machine on which the player works properly most of the time. Please reply to my address sai@cs.utah.edu, as I am not on FreeBSD mailing lists.
