Hi!

There's a PR, pending/19394, that updates postgresql to 7.0.2.
Many people seem to ask for it, and the maintainer, Andreas,
doesn't have the time to commit anything. He kindly asked if
someone else could commit, and you committed some stuff not
long ago to the postgres port. Maybe you could do it again?

BTW, can someone explain why freebsd is still running gnats
3.2, which is known to be more than buggy, rather
disfunctional? Every third PR I send never gets a category...
