Did you ever read anything at all? Let me show you what you need to read:

See here, why do you still send it to freebsd-current@freebsd.org?

Again, see here, where are config.log and 'ls /var/db/pkg'?

If you want the more help, you better start to read everything  
slowly....and follow it!
