Well, in my case i get a bunch of these errors on my screen (and in log) and the kernel actually panics and says dump core. It then reboots. This machine is based on Pentium III 600 with two SMC EZNET 10/100 PCI cards on Intel SE440BX-2 MB with 128 PC RAM. IDE 8GB drive.
