Apparently, IOCrest released a PCI-E 4.0 1x card that uses this chipset
(AQC113) a couple months ago. Most other *full* 10Gbe options, to my knowle=
dge,
require 4x physical interfaces, which are becoming increasingly rare on mod=
ern
consumer boards outside of M.2. (M.2) Interfaces and adapters to other opti=
ons
do exist, but cost you that m.2 slot and will obstruct a PCI slot or offer =
an
alternative inconvenience.

If the port doesn't work, sounds like it does not, routing through a linux =
VM
should.
