I even try to change=20 device ID number on file /usr/src/sys/dev/sound/pci/ich.c. On Microsoft Windows=20 XP, AC97 of ICH6 can be fully supported, and you can tune volumes of=20 all channels. But on FreeBSD, only major features have been supported. Try the speaker/earphone outlet on the back cover of your computer=20 case. Please post the result of running "mixer".
