For those of us who did not install TexLive directly or, perhaps, it was installed from a different port, I now have a whole bunch of tex-* ports that need updating and they were installed from ports, not packages. I am only assuming the upgrade of TexLive had something to do with this but I can't get any of them to update due to texlive-base and texlive-texmf both install in the same location.
