My apologies for the original double posting; saw a temporary reject in my maillog and thought it would turn into a real one due to a past problem. I found the following patch and applied it, http://www.mail-archive.com/freebsd-toolchain@freebsd.org/msg00256.html Also discovered I had downloaded the x86 version instead of the 64bit version. "make CC=clang CXX=clang++ install" seemed to work; now on to testing it. Sorry for the mixup. Gary
