Personally, I'm not aware of any other 'embedded' versions of Freebsd other than PicoBSD. You may want to look at http://people.freebsd.org/~picobsd/ and http://www.picobsd.org (not offical) and there is also a mailing list freebsd-small@freebsd.org Hope that helped. Andrew.
