In a previous post I stated that when I = boot my=20 system and loaded the kernel I compiled using the 4.1-RC sources, my = system=20 hung.  I was able to boot into single user mode from the kernel I = built=20 using the 17 July "GENERIC" kernel config file.  When I run the = "ifconfig=20 ep0 inet 192.168.0.3 mask 255.255.255.0" command, the system = hangs.

I've compared my old kernel config with = the GENERIC=20 config file and don't have any real difference.
