I get this with strings:

Borland C++ - Copyright 1991 Borland Intl.
Version 1.5   Copyright (c) 1996-7 Robert Nordier

fdimage.exe is available in various linux and OpenBSD directories
that turn up with google...guess you just need a bootable cdrom
these days...
