>Description:
kscd - part of KDE2.1.1 crashes when run due to CD device being
defined as /dev/cdrom, but FreeBSD uses /dev/acd0c or /dev/cd0c
as devices (either atapi or SCSI) so /dev/cdrom does not exist.
At any rate there is no easy way for a novice to figure out
that a sym-link needs to be created (you cannot get into KSCD to
modify the default either).
>How-To-Repeat:
Run Kscd
>Fix:
Either change the default to something that exists or (a better solution)
is have either the package install for KDE create a sym-link depending
on which CD it detects or have the base BSD install create the symlink
upon install (again depending on which CD device is present).
