Players like mpv/vlc/mplayer does play the needed sound. What player You used? I tried both mplayer and vlc without success (following the output provided by mplayer) I don't usually have problems with sound, and I'm able to play other video & audio files on my FreeBSD system, but for some reasons, not for this one.
