Mmmm, in principle it should be possible, however may require some digging. Anyway
<4.0 users could use SDL'ised quake-x11 with -nosound option which in any case
required since w/o this option even original quake-x11 will dump core due to the
lack of mmap() sound support. I'll look into this.
