	They're not to bad. Essentially what they send is a copy of the
first disk in the 4disk set. My stuff has always arrived in an orderly
fashion. They weren't to happy about me calling them voice the one time I
did, but at the time they didn't have a way to contact them via e-mail
either. For the price it's worth it though. I'm forever giving away those
CDs.
