It was done by creating a temporary repository, 'cvs import'ing the two
Lite2 files correctly, then checking out each version of the ones in the
real cvs tree and committing them one by one in the temp repository.  The
result was that the version numbers had changed (1.1 becomes 1.2 etc).  

Then I Risked The Wrath Of Polstra and uploaded the new rcs files to 
freefall and swapped them for the ncvs ones.  Then, immediately check that 
cvsup wasn't going to report me for excessively bad behavior. :-)

The result should be pretty much the same as before, the edit history was 
maintained.  And John Polstra hasn't come hunting me down yet, so it can't 
have been too bad. :-)

I wasn't sure whether it was legal to create files under 1.1.1 when rev 
1.1 already exists.
