UTM.app is essentially a wrapper around qemu -- it's available at £9.99 (or your local currency equivalent) from the App store, or for free if you download it from GitHub. https://mac.getutm.app Supports Rosetta for running foreign CPU arch binaries -- it will be dissapointingly slow, but I don't think that can be helped however you handle it.
