(Is there any rule about it?) Well, bindresvport.3 doesn't have an internal copright now. It is covered by lib/libc/rpc/DISCLAIMER, but we've rewritten most of it. If there is an existing BSDish copyright, then we usually don't change it. We just add $FreeBSD$. The multiple copyright in realhostname_sa.3 is too much for such a simple file.
