I configured my FreeBSD (2.2-960501-SNAP) to allow anonymous FTP. I run /stand/sysinstall to do the job. A dialog box was displayed and just left the default values untouched except for the directory and used '/usr/ftp' instead. I tried anonymous FTP and it connected. The problem was when I issue the command 'ls' it displays: Could'nt open /usr/libexec/ld.so. Do I have to transfer the necessary files in /usr to the FTP root directory /usr/ftp ? Thank You ~:') -- jf
