If he uses the IP address he can see his page. When he uses his company alias he gets a blank white screen with the word "Indexed" at the top. If he uses another dial-up service he can view his web page using the alias. All other services function correctly, i.e. e-mail. I had to set up 2 other accounts at the same time and these both work perfectly. I can see no difference in the configuaration between these 2 and the problem site. Any ideas?
