When transferring larges files (100+ MB) from my laptop to my file server the wi device in my router locks up. If I eject the PCMCIA card from the router and re-insert it, after the pccardd detects its removal, it starts working again. I can reproduce this every time I copy large files. Below is some info on the hardware and the message that I get. If someone has any idea what might be wrong and needs some debug info I can try and provide that.
