if you upgrade your ports tree, generally speaking make deinstall will=20
not work.=20

Well, I am just splitting hairs here. Issuing `pkg_delete [-f]=20
<package_name>' will do the job. "-f" may be necessary to force the=20
removal.=20

Incidentally, "make deinstall" actually invokes "pkg_delete -f" but=20
... =20

You left another item of information understood: the ports **system**=20
takes care of all dependencies -- which is a particularly valid reason=20
for Leegold.
