OMS and open box parts are significantly cheaper but usually come with a very limited warranty 1-3 months (basically Dead On Arrival warranty) Buying from the Dell might be a great good deal if you need lots of low grade desktop computers which will be heavily abused. (like the one we use in public libraries)
