Don't people read compiler messages or something?? Well, I'm not sure this is the ideal fix, because it's a (signed)char variable, and yet the asm code uses 0xff explicitly. Anyway, this may have been the reason that the SMO calcru warnings went away, the previous commit totally disabled the code under SMP. Cheers, -Peter
