Subject: amd needs *long* to mount To: bugs@freebsd.org Date: Tue, 1 Aug 1995 20:46:10 +0200 (MET DST) Reply-To: guido.vanrooij@nl.cis.philips.com (guido@c&p) X-Mailer: ELM [version 2.4 PL24] Content-Type: text Content-Length: 354 Sender: bugs-owner@freebsd.org Precedence: bulk I'm using amd to mount homedirs off a a sun sparcstation 5. It usually takes 10 seconds for a mount to succeed. I specifies an rsize and wsize of 1024 for the mounts. Either something else will have to be set or I am using the wrong syntax. Is there anyone out there where the mounts occur immediately? I'd be interested in the amd config file. -Guido
