There is something unusual about these files.  The 12.1 version shows an =
entry for the 12.1-RELEASE.  It does not exist in the 12.2 version even =
though entries go back for a number of years before that.

The 12.2 version has the entry for 20190913 appearing ahead of the entry =
for 20190914.  One would think that since the 12.1-RELEASE is dated =
20191104 that it would also appear in the 12.1 version, but it is not =
there.

The 12.2 version has a release date of 20201027 and there are a number =
of entries with dates very close to that.  However, in the 12.1 version, =
the release date is 20191104 and the latest update is dated 20190914.  =
That is almost a 2 month gap.  Seems a bit unusual.
