How about these?
 - iss  (Integrated (or Improved) Sound System)
 - msnd (Multi-snd)
 - nsnd (New snd)
 - yasnd (Yet Another snd)
 - isnd
 - xsnd
 - ipcm
 - xpcm

I prefer the first one :)
