Use the ezjail port, it will make everything about jails easier and
more efficient.

Based on those hardware specs, I'm guessing you could run 50 - 60 jails
easily.

However, this is going to be highly dependent on how much RAM/Disk your
individual PHP applications use, and how much CPU load they generate.
YMMV.
