....as seen by this snippet, my sound card is being found by my custom
kernel, but it does not make an snd0 device.

ls: No match.

has anyone run into this, and if so, do they have a fix. also, but very
related, Aft6erStep requires showaudio, and nowhere in the handbook,
FAQ, or docs can I find a description of what this is, or where to get
it.
