	yes.  here are this week's stats from freefall.freebsd.org:
	the FreeBSD mail server.

	it is now Wed Sep 18 16:28:29 PDT 1996

	that is 4.53 kBytes per second on average thru the smtp8 mailer alone.  
	the peak is much higher of course ;)
