I think the more pertinent point is that most users are not committers and this is an in-joke that is totally meaningless outside of developers. I agree as well that it gives a bad impression to those outside the project who understand its meaning. Have we become so insular as a project that we think that FreeBSD's users are now just its developers? -- Paul Richards
