Note that people buying the physical CDROMs might not see this problem at all...this is why I wrote "generated by the FreeBSD Project" in the proposed errata entry. If the release engineers for the various vendors making CDROM/DVD distributions are following along, hopefully they'll avoid making the same mistake. Note that the set of people affected is going to be "people who can't do anonymous FTP, don't have bootable CDROMs, and *only* have the ISO images to work with". I don't know for sure, but I'd expect this set to be pretty small...if they don't have Internet access, how'd they get the ISO images?
