Two patches: http://www.bayofrum.net/~crees/patches/move-portupgrade.diff -- move the portupgrade section to the bottom http://www.bayofrum.net/~crees/patches/deprecate-portupgrade.diff -- add a note to suggest it's a bad idea to use it.
