-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 My FreeBSD 4.0-Release server seems to have gone mad. It rebooted a couple of minutes ago for no apparant reason. When it rebooted it ran fsck per as standard but when it was running I received "ad0 Write Timout" errors on the console. This of course is not normal and I ended up shutting the box off and restarting it and the errors did not reappear. I was wondering what would cause this, if it could be a bug in FreeBSD (which I doubt it is..) or whether I am looking at possibly a bad hard drive?
