Build of ORBit dies if gmake is not installed prior to building ORBit.
I tried to explicitly state BUILD_DEPENDS=gmake:${PORTSDIR}/devel/gmake but
that did not help either.
make -V BUILD_DEPENDS
gmake:/usr/ports/devel/gmake
