Just a small note, I think you don't need bash dependency (#!/usr/local/bin/bash) in jail_maintenance.sh. It can be #!/bin/sh. And ls -1 $jail_dir/$jail/var/db/pkg can be ls $jail_dir/$jail/var/db/pkg (without -1, redirected output is always one column) Miroslav Lachman
