Some options... (involving Apache, a www server known to work on FreeBSD). Option 1 Read the handbook/faq on package install or ports install, and take it from there Option 2 Use the sysinstall util su root cd /stand ./sysinstall -> post installation options -> packages -> apache Option 3 cd /usr/ports/www cd apache* make Option 4 get the apache sources (http://www.apache.org) untar cd src ./Configure make :-) Have fun, DW On Wed, 29 Apr 1998, Yingjun (Ian) He wrote: > Hello, > > Can anyone tell me how to install www server on my FreeBSD 2.2.5 > system?
