Date: Sun, 15 Feb 2009 23:59:57 +0000 (GMT) Same problem. Xorg 7.4 crashes my system (Thinkpad X61 with Intel GMA X3100= ) when stopping/restarting the xserver. I tried a fresh install of 7.2-RELEASE i386, upgraded to 7.2-RELEASE-p2 and= installed everything from ports. xorg-server-1.5.3_5,1 (compiled without HAL) xf86-video-intel-2.5.1 Problem doesn't occur with VESA driver. No dump or other relevant logfile o= utput found after reboot. Many thanks for help!=0A=0A=0A
