This sounds like > tk.tcl's > > package require -exact Tcl 7.5 Yes; it appears the problem is that I made the mistake of installing the tcl7.6 port, and 2.2.2 comes with 7.5. The port did not replace the 7.5 include files, so then I had a very mixed up system. I removed 7.6 and tried rebuilding, and then things broke with 'invalid command name "event"'; this is in tk.tcl, so it must still have the wrong tk.tcl. I think my tcl stuff is completely screwed up, so I guess I'll have to go copy it off the cdrom and see if I can get it cleaned up. -- Alan Batie ------ What goes up, must come down. batie@aahz.jf.intel.com \ / Ask any system administrator. +1 503-264-8844 (voice) \ / --unknown D0 D2 39 0E 02 34 D6 B4 \/ 5A 41 21 8F 23 5F 08 9D
