Thanks for the quick update!

I will make the following changes to the Makefile:
- remove GH_PROJECT, which is set to PORTNAME by default
- replace
  ROCKSDB_BUILD_DEPENDS=3D${LOCALBASE}/llvm21/lib/libclang.so:devel/llvm21 =
with
  ROCKSDB_USES=3Dllvm:21, which is simpler

Orville, can you review and approve the patch (including the changes above)?

If they look OK, I will take care of this PR.
