Message-ID: <20030303150131.Q61214-100000@mail.econolodgetulsa.com> MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: TEXT/PLAIN; charset=US-ASCII Sender: owner-freebsd-net@FreeBSD.ORG Precedence: bulk List-ID: List-Archive: (Web Archive) List-Help: (List Instructions) List-Subscribe: List-Unsubscribe: X-Loop: FreeBSD.org Hello, I am successfully running ipfw2 in FreeBSD 4.7-RELEASE. Everything seems fine, but it seems like the stats on each of the rules are just _way way_ low. On all rules I notice this. for instance: 65123 556880155 55168583654 allow ip from any to any This shows 55 gigabytes of total transfer for this rule - and i know we have transferred about 3 terabytes during that period ... So my questions are: 1. is this a known problem ? 2. are the packet count numbers (the first stat) wrong as well ? Or just the traffic count ? thanks.
