It's a problem when we are doing UUCP with NO_SENDMAIL in /etc/make.conf. I think it should be up to the MTA to provide a rmail replacement. >How-To-Repeat: make installworld doesn't build rmail when NO_SENDMAIL=true, even if NOUUCP is false.
