Yes, it can be done. For what purpose are you doing it? If you are going to be hosting on your ISP address, you will need static IPs, if all you are doing it providing a means to perform your own DNS resolution for your "home" network, then your ISP is not likely going to care, as you will not be generating any significant additional traffic.
