Help? :) The PnP bios often has a really tough time trying to figure out where to actually put devices (i.e. it doesn't always get the "conflict free" or "standard" configuration). Win95 also suffers from the same problem. If you grab the Alpha PnP stuff from ftp://freefall.freebsd.org/incoming/ISA_PnP.May5.tar.gz you'll be able to hardcode where you want your modem (probably 3e8, 5). Though this isn't an optimal solution yet, it will get you up and running without much fuss IMO. Sujal
