What I have is close:
rlp|hp500:\
:rm=tao.thought.org:sd=/var/spool/output/tao:lf=/var/log/lpd-errs:\
:if=/usr/local/libexec/hpif:
The last file, hpif, is to filter the CR/CR-LF output.
I'll plug in your entry and see.
