Ok. I'll acknowledge something here before being flooded even more by
corrections.. :)

I was wrong, Ian was right. 

> > sh rc.firewall > firewall.out 2>&1

... is the correct syntax, not:

> sh$ sh rc.firewall 2>&1 > firewall.out

... as I hallucinated.
