Actually, my suggestion to use &quot; was intentional.  Edson Brandi
reported on -docs@ a few weeks ago while updating the pt_BR translations
that <quote> does not display quotes with the default-installed version
of tidy installed with textproc/docproj.

Unfortunately, I have not had the cycles to track down what the problem
is, but this is apparently fixed in the tidy-devel port, which is not
installed as part of textproc/docproj.

But, it is not as simple as updating the default RUN_DEPENDS in the
port, as there may be other bugs that creep in.  I hope to have the
cycles to do a full-scale test between build output between both tidy
versions soon (I am hoping in the next few days or so), but at the
moment I have other factors preventing me from upgrading the ports on my
laptop, so I may need to set up a new build environment for it.
