Probably worth reporting to the maintainers of the blender port. You seem to miss the Mesa libraries. Either install the Mesa port (in /usr/ports/graphics/Mesa3) or install the Mesa-3.4.2_1.tgz package. Another problem could be that ldconfig has not been ran with the Mesa libs.
