SOLVED ->  it was my gtk-theme: Smooth-Cool-Titanium

seems that also the smooth-engine was broken because
bevore reinstall gnome-themes-extra with every smooth-theme
eog crash an now only with titanium. as far as i can remember
after that many attempts to solve it.
