I didn't think the apache13 port had suexec enabled "out of the
box". Is this correct and therefore ...

how might one edit /usr/ports/www/apache13/Makefile to enable it
for virtual hosts? (yes, I read the apache docs on this, but am
still struggling on the topic ;).

(hoping this question makes it a little more freeBSD specific :-)
